Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Has anyone noticed the suddenly vast amount of crews?
I believe that they are being made for popularity, and not making levels.
To solve this problem:
1. A crew should be cooperative, not just vanishing after a few days. If you wanna have a good crew, then you need to find hard workers that you can cooperate with. Try making friends before making a crew, unless you wanna have random, unknown people in your crew. Friends will cooperate more to make a level in your crew that people you hardly know.
2. Every crew needs a leader, and that leader should be respectful of his crew members, and also very helpful and active in his crew. The leader should be the one that all the members ask for advice and also listen to. If the leader is a mean person that kicks people all the time, then no player is going to wanna be in your crew. Also, the crew leader is the foundation of his crew. It is up to him how active his crew is, and eventually, if he isnt, his crew will fall apart.
3. Start out small, making just a simple landscape. The goal of a crew shouldnt be to become popular, but to make fun levels for the enjoyment of ee players. When my crew makes a level, we have fun talking and building together, not worrying about how perfect our art is. Popularity isnt a forced thing, it comes with time and good levels that everyone loves. Just keep building levels, and maybe your crew will become known like ex.
4. Not all desicions are up to the leader. It will upset people if the leader forces the crew to do what he/she wants. Always allow the other members to have a say in things like the next crew level, or if someone can join. When people have no say in what goes on, members will leave, and your crew will fall apart. Respect your crew members.
5. Respect other players. No crew should be jerks to people that arent as good as them. When you are like that, people begin to dislike your crew, and noone plays your level. If you are nice to people, they will play your levels, probably just to talk to you.
