And the word Cp is the name of a disease, Cerebral palsy. Which makes me feel like not joining this crew. Think a bit before you choose the name.

Kid, really? Is a 19 year old really a kid? I mean compared to a ten year old.

I put my own time into using CSS on your forum and you demod me aswell as faulsly accusing me of making you a 'non admin' on your forum. I will say this now, I haven't even been on ee for the past two weeks and when I did come on a few days ago, to find you complaining about me de admin-ing you, I got a little frustrated, because, from what I could see, you were an admin. Issachall does this not show bad leadership? Or does a faulty friendship over rule that? I don't really think it is worth being in your team anymore so please give me a reason why I shouldn't leave.

On-topic: 1 thing that tends to put people off joining a crew is when people name it after themselves, and dx crew is already a crew if I can remember. Also if I can recall dont you already own the 23 crew?
