Have chat
Beta is recommended (I don't have it XP)
Have 3 other block packs,not counting basic ones
Don't troll
Played ee for 3months at least

You're banned for a week? Stay banned. Don't make another account.
Form must have more things, such as Chat and Beta to ask, and people who wish to join do not have to be good at both, you can do another option.
Delete this topic, and make your usual account create it. It's quite weird for another account to create this.
