Here are the rules:
1. The Creator is always right!!!
2. No Troll. You will be kicked.
3. Be Dedicated. Show up to all meetings unless exempted by The Creator. Allowed 3 unexcused absences.
4. Respect your higher ranked members.
5. Do not bully lower-ranked members.
6. Keep chat nice and clean. Leave the dirty word moth at home or bring some soap.
7. Have fun. It's work, but it will payoff in the end.
Crew Info:
- Five ranks. Details listed below.
- We do anything original. Make levels and minis and art that haven't been done before.
- Initiates (lowest rank) aren't allowed to help create levels. They can play them and test them out, but that is it.
- Meetings will be held on www.tinychat.com/extremeteam every Thursday at 8:00 Eastern Time, 7:00 Central, 6:00 Mountain, and 5:00 Pacific unless a change of plans by the director.
- We love to hear ideas, even when we're not in the meetings. Post them here!
- We plan on doing a project every week, so be prepared. Write down the time and place level creation will be held at during meetings. Remember to show up.
Ranks:
Initiate- the lowest rank. everyone starts out at this rank unless exempted by The Creator. Use of these guys is for testing our levels to make sure they're possible. This is also to prove yourself as not a noob. Initiates get the blue badge.
Member- the normal rank. Most people don't get farther than this rank. Members help in creating the level and (if there are no more initiates) test them as well. Members get the green badge.
Officer- the police force. a selected bunch will achieve this rank. These people are my police force. They keep everyone in check and make sure the rules are followed. They also help in creating the levels, but they do not have to test them if they don't want to. They can also demote a member to an initiate and vice versa, but only under my consent. Officers get the red badge.
Leader- my right-hand men. A maximum of four leaders will be made. These selected four have almost maximum power. They command Officers and they are my prime idea people. The Creator and the four leaders have the power to not like or like an idea given by a lower ranked person. They also help out with the levels and may even host their own. They can demote or promote anyone lower ranked than they are (under my consent). Leaders get the Yellow Badge.
(Bonus- Executive Leader- second in command. He will take the place of The Creator when he is absent.)
The Creator- the owner. This is, right now, me. He makesall of the decisions and may veto any idea thrown to suggestion. His veto might be over-ruled if all four leaders disagree with The Creator's decision. The Creator can demote or promote anyone and will host most maps. Only The Creator may kick out other players from the crew. The Creator gets the gold badge.
How to Uprank:
To get into Crew: Get a score of 5 or better in the requirements below.
Initiate to Member- Be made so by The Creator or test and complete three Crew Maps. Whichever comes first.
Member to Officer- Be made so by The Creator or show The Creator or a Leader a 400X200 map that we rate a 9 or better.
Officer to Leader- Be made so by The Creator
Leader to Executive Leader- Be made so by The Creator.
Executive Leader to The Creator- The Creator must resign.

Meeting Layout:
The order the Meetings usually follow:
1: Roll
2. Officer/Leader crew reports (when they tell who's been acting up and who deserves a promotion.
3. Kicking/ Promotion/ Demotion (When all this happens to whoever deserves it)
4. Idea time (This may go on until someone presents an idea that is accepted.)
5. Re-Scheduling (We make a time and place where we can make this idea come to life!)
6. End
I would ask you on Tinychat to post your name that you use on Everybody Edits and then your rank in a single letter. Failure to do so will result in an absent mark on you and your ideas won't be accepted. Here's my example:
