I see you are new here, and this number 3000 connects you with account named Rus3000, which will probably soon be banned. You should read the rules - 1 account per person. Both accounts have e-mails via yandex.ru, probably only your 2nd. account will be banned since it was registered later than this one.
Anyway, i am not in any crew yet and i have no need for one, but i also doubt others will join your crew - you aren't specific enough, you don't have any rules or plans for what the crew will be doing, you just said you do what other groups do. There's still time to fix that, click that 'Edit' button and write some rules! :/
