Sorry, the timezones is totally PANG! So im gonna pick one of you from america to leader and me, so we got 2 leaders, so this will be more inactive, and by the way a level we working on   gettng done soon i think

So in the end we have an American and Europe Team? American + leader have own meetings, Europe + razze01 = own meatings. Both leaders have to make sure the teems will agree and know what to do.

Example: Poll in team decides: what will we make. Then the Leaders discuss what the 2 teams will make. American team does the first part (first 5 mini's), then later the Europe team continue's make another 5 mini's, 2 artists 1 of each team, then will make the overall artstyle the same.
Keep going on, use tinychat and pm's and we will be organized and structured!

Con's of this plan are; problems if the world is online or not. The crew can be teared apart (which we dont want!!!!). Can be confusing.
Pro's of this plan are; organized, structured, great teamplay, good end results, we have a lot fun, everyone can work on it (if its online)!

EDIT: this is what we want in the end, if not and want to stay small this isnt possible.
I don't think we need to be big, as long we all come on the tinychat room of razze01, when we are playing.

We can just use a bot for when the owner of a level goes afk while the rest of the crew works on the level so they can save it

Yes we can dylanda, but its not that point we have so big problems with the timezones, so im gonna think about who will be the american leader

They arent pro. not impressive... For me it's a NO, but i think only the leaders may vote
