I don't agree with you. Truth to be told; my grammar isn't that great, but I can and do speak English.
I also know more Dutchies in EE who can speak english good enough.
And maybe it's not smart to use the word "nazi", some of them might be jewish or family members who had problems with that. They have all the right to report for that.
Sure there are some people who don't speak English (or not good enough), but c'mon a lot people from other countries also don't speak English, or worse than us Dutchies.

I wonder where you get this Idea, but this just so wrong. I think you should apologize to them, but it's up to you to decide about that.

I don't think NL is the best country to live in though... xD
