Our goal is to have someone from every crew to join.

Ufo Crew

jobs:
Planner(Theme) - Plans the theme of the level(I will probably do most of this but if you want you can come up with ideas)
Planner(Art) - Plans art
Planner(Minis) - Plans the way minis fit with art
Main Artist - Makes most of the art(Can order art helper to do different parts of the art)
Art Helper - Helps the Main Artist
Main Minimaker - Makes most of the minis(Can order Mini Helper to do different parts of the minis)
Mini Helper - Helps the Main Minimaker
Tester - Tests the level
Art Trainer - Trains other people to get better at art(Requires Trainer rank)
Mini Trainer - Trains other people to get better at minis(Requires Trainer rank)
Bot Maker (Makes Bot)
Boss Maker (Boss level maker)

Ranks:
Leader - Gives orders
Co-leader - Can recruit people
Captain - Can promote
Advisor - Can Advise the higher ranks on their orders
Trainer - Can do either of the trainer jobs.
Rookie - Can host a level
Recruit - Can do their job, nothing else

How to get promoted:
Make more than one level(You can't get promoted for amount of levels after two levels)
Make a logo better than the current one
Come up with an idea/theme for a level
Draw plans for a level
Come 3rd in a contest(1 promotion)
Come 2nd in a contest(2 promotion)
Come 1st in a contest(3 promotion)
