I don't think you understand what TI:1 does. They troll noob levels, not all levels.

Jasonma you should really ban people on how they act in the actual tournament, because some of the trolls on here aren't really bad people. Yea they troll noob levels, but they still like to participate in community events too, like dueling. So as long as they aren't trolling your dueling arena you shouldn't automatically disqualify them.
EDIT: Also don't dis TI:1 (The user) he is an ex-troll who I convinced to start trolling again. I won't reveal his real name though because he doesn't want me too
