I cant get the new smileys

welll i heard they wer free now i decided hhey i wanna try them i signed in my face book and everything and ther enot there D:: how plz tell me:(

They're not free, they're still only there if you paid anything as far as I know.

They are impossible to get now. If you donated any amount of money before today, you should have them when you connect to facebook.

They are impossible to buy now. If you bought them before today, you still have them.

I am certain there will be a way to get them in the future, but for now you cannot get them if you did not already have them.

Probably to let people know that the donation promotions only last a certain amount of time before you can't get whatever is being offered anymore. That way people will donate (even if it's just a dollar) to get the things before they go 'out of print'.
