Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Nothing surprising here, just some quickly made really bad levels that were not tested by the room owner at all, i know that because i was watching him make it. More and more gravity dots, thats all that map maker can come up with sadly.
Apparently you've never tried EX crew's Rainbow Road Rage. It's not online right now but once it's uploaded you should check out what a well-designed hard level is like. It's only 16 rooms but it'll take you hours.
I've also ust played To Hell and I agree with Google, it's just very cheap.
No u.

It's already up, but i don't have access to the code.

Wow, I feel skilled, I got to the third level on Rainbow Roadrage.
Edit: I actually made it to the fourth now. C:

The fourth one is. . . mean.
The fourth one is. . . mean.
Mean is an understatement. >_>
I agree that rooms should be tested by their makers. However, I'm surprised sometimes at what people can do with gravity dots.
Cheers
It's probably mrz who is making this level. I know this becuase I passed his level "Welcome to Hell" which had the same minigames in the picture (and more).
Those challenges are known in his levels.
As google said, those are nothing but repetitive dots and arrows challenges, you just need to try to pass them over and over until you have the right "spot" and you pass them, which can take hours if you aren't lucky.
On the other hand, you can find experts challenges in other levels such as "Rainbow Roadrage" of EX Pro, this level is challenging in different ways, becuase beside passing the challenge himself - you think about a way how to pass it..
In the level on the picture you just posted, the way of passing is clear..
..So yea. Google is right in my opinion.
By the way, Im suprised you guys say this challenges were made without even the maker checking them, becuase they are known, and passable.

If anyone beats TO HELL, please take a screenshot. Thanks.

This would not surprise me at all, his levels blow in general, and all in the same way.
I really liked the early parts of the map, but after 5-10 gravity dot puzzles that got increasingly harder I got bored with it. It felt like the creator lost all inspiration at some point.
UPDATE:
I made it a few rooms past my last attempt, and now the level is called EXPERT CLIMB
I enjoyed chatting with Mustang, and had a hard time keeping up with him (He's got skills).
The map itself is very poorly designed, many of the challenges appeared to be only lightly tested with no regard for lag and other problems. Anyone could throw together a bunch of dots and call it a challenge, so there was no real skill involved in making the dot puzzles.
I made it all the way to the third room in the hell part of the map, and that room was impossible for me without a random lag boost so I could make it to the exit. Yes, maybe the room is "possible" in the loosest sense of the word, but 100 hook jumps in a row where a miss makes you start all over is also technically "possible".
I did not find the map fun at all, and honestly if I had not been having an enjoyable chat with boxfactory I would have likely quit far earlier than I actually did. This map is only hard due to its cheap and barely tested challenges, whereas many other maps are hard due to creative design where you don't have to worry about lag stopping you.
