Yeah, hackers will do many of things to get your account.. I would just ignore those messages or send the mail to Chris and explain the situation.

well actually that is totally normal.

Your account isnt stored under that name but those numbers

The only thing that mail means is someone pressed change password with your email adress

typing a new password in that thing would simply change your password no phishing at all
