maybe i remember a program that someone made that would animate levels and i used it to fill levels with dots but i think it doesn't work anymore

Get a helper.
I had a friend named kaosslasher help me with my level. It took about 20 minutes.

Meh, get an animator. Aslai's works, I think.

Aslai's works cause it's the only one XD. And that's what I use. That and WPE. Or once Nikk and I filled his level with AG dots.
