Haven't seen a lot of people get wizard after the +15, +10 and +1 update.

Actually, no one at all.

Has anyone gotten one after the update?

I saw one today, he got it in a open world. So it still working.

I saw one today at a locked world, minigame level, it still works, but the chance is only 2% now, btw, I noticed there's a new reward: a +2 max energy with refill
