You only have three and have never had anymore than three.

Than explain to me why I was banned for a week instead of a day.

1) The mod made a mistake.
2) You had four warnings, got banned, then got one removed (via this topic or reconsideration)
3) We don't need to give you four warnings in order to ban your for a week; the mod might have felt it was necessary.

I was banned from the forum for a day last night. I got up this morning and I'm not banned. It hasn't been 24 hours. So does the ban system not keep track of the time, just the day. Or was my warning reconsidered?

Patience is Key: Bans work off the date, so if I wanted to ban you for a day I would have to put today's date plus one. The computer will unban you at 12:00 AM, not 24 hours later. If I banned you for a "day" at 11:59 PM, you would actually be banned for a single minute.
