Ok, so, I'm making some specific tutorials about my style of art since it changed a lot in two years !
I'll try to do :
New dirt types - Advanced Water ( 2D and "3D" ) - Background uses - Advanced Trees - different kind of trees - shadowing technics - Ice and Snow stuff - Advanced Clouds

If you have any suggestion, feel free to post it here

Yeah you may have to adapt them if you don't want to be called a copier.
Now, Thanel used a lot of my technics mixed with his own and I'm cool with it, so don't worry.

Arby : Your level died, I'd recommend you to take a screenshot of the minimap once you finish a level ( You WILL want to have some pictures of your old work later, trust me ! )

Sorry to be a party blower (I am a weather geek you know!) but nimbostratus clouds usually give persistant rain and snow, and cumulus clouds usually develop into showers and maybe thunderstorms.

I wanted to make a few tutorials for people though and if you make tutorials on everything then I can't make any.

Well I actually don't know anything about clouds, so thanks for this infos

When I made my first "Arty" World, It was horrible, and it looked like poo with half of it shaded, and half of it not. Then I read your guide, and my World was 10 Times better. I thank you lots . By the way, Awesome World. Keep up the good work ! I can't wait for more level making guides by you.

Albeit this is an excellent guide, an artist never copies another's style. Instead, an artist cannot create art unless they develop their niche -- their style of art and they stick with it.

This is where it gets very interesting. Every artist has their own niche. What's cool? Everyone's art is different. Two artists working together is pretty cool because that blends both artists' styles of art to make one mixed hybrid art piece.

Worst thing that can happen is if an artist tries to copy someone's art style. The artist that copied will do poorly in art.

My artistic skill awakened inside my home world, ironically. I just splatted on random blocks and backgrounds, keys for shading. I got an image of a beach with some forest on the coast, under a purple sky and yellow sun. All in my home world. It was unbelievable.

Every artist needs a role model, or models. For example, I was inspired by Lickagoat's painting art. I was also inspired by Stagecrew's Urbex. Thus began my journey.

What I thought was I thought my artistic skill was flawed and poor. No, everyone can make art.

Use RavaTroll's tut for a guideline, but YOU make art the way you want to.

Art is never ugly. All colors are amazing. Troll art is still art. Never ugly.
