Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Sorry about those glitches yesterday folks.
Apparently my host enabled suexec without informing me. This means that the file permission 0777, which is what the forums directory was, became 'illegal', hence the 500 errors you saw. I've set the CHMOD to 0755, which has fixed the issue.
I'm gonna go yell some more now.
Actually, it was down til' 12:00 this morning.
Cyclone, just like you to give yourself the credit. You didn't even know what it was! I fixed it for you!
Jerry, how could I have known what was broken? Addora hardly sent me an email informing me of the change, whereas they're presumably in direct contact with you.
I didn't get any email either. I just noticed that the directory was 777, so I turned it to 755, and hoped it would work. But, anyway, no need to fight, all that matters is that it works now!
Not to mention you accessed my stuff without asking first
Ok, you win.

I'm glad the forums are back up.

Except that it got him 1 letter.
He got enough nerd points to make up for it.
