can i point out that this isnt a very organised crew in just posting here to help you make a better crew

1. Do you troll(be honest)? well in a crew your meant to have people you trust and can work together so there will almost never be a troll unless someones being a d***
2: What total of smileys do you have? nothing to do with a crew what do smilys have to do with making lvls
3. How many sets of blocks do you have? also nothing to do with a crew because its talent not colection
4: What occupation do you want(Member, Art Maker, etc.) okey this is a good question

Well in a "pro" crew boss's are not necessery unless they are really good with original minis

and lastly put show people what you can do and if people like it they will want to join
hope you improve your crew although hundreds of crews fail so im not too sure
