Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Remember every edits???? Yeah, the old fangame, where it was just EE but you could grab stuff.
Well I'm working on a sequel! Currently I have 2 assets (a mesh and a texture) and a scene in GODOT. It even has a low-poly look to match the retro of EE! There's still no promise i'll ever finish it but here's what it looks like:
And here's the planned features in case I don't finish it:
Local 2D level: In addition to the 3D level everyone can see, there's also a 2D level only the client can see! You can use this for GUI's, or defining the controls.
Custom Effects: What I meant when I said "defining the controls" is: an empty 2D level means you can't control your character. Yeah, I guess it's junky, but in return, you get custom effects! Instead of just being limited to the programmed-in effectes, you can build contraptions in the 2D layer to define custom effects, or even what happens when you press certain keys. You can have "crates" (fake players) run through these contraptions and trigger events to happen to the player, or just have the crates carry the keys and bind them to certain actions. (Yes, the carry mechanic is back)
64 different colors: Self explanatory. 4 possibilities for each color channel.
Skin tones: Self explanatory.
Additional effects/events: There's a dash, (like in celeste), a grab, a friction modifier, and..... Absorb??? (Absorb makes grabbed blocks get put into an inventory.) There's also a freeze effect, in addition to the levitation and lava effects, and there's an option to switch between different positions. I haven't figured out how the anticheat works yet. I kinda want it to just, when a player is reported or does an illegal event (set by owner), brute force all the possible inputs, until it finds one that leads to the player's current position. That's probably an obscenely horrible idea, which is probably why I won't do it.
Counters: Instead of having to store numbers in binary, you can store it in the Counter and make it count up or down. There may or may not be only 1 counter, and you can set doors and gates to be opened/closed when equal, more than, or less than the number in the counter.
Privately owned servers: Yeah, can't be blammed to maintain a server, so I'm just gonna do it the way minecraft (kinda) does it. If there's a gold membership if I finish it, that means I figured out how to do tricky things with hashes.
Anyways, this will be a big project, don't rush me. Actually, do rush me, I have problems getting myself motivated.
