Bouncy Goo action tool

It allow the player to bounce maintaining part of the initial speed
There is vertical and diagonal Goo

I think stuff like this would fit the new EE very well, whatever it's going to be like. I'm not sure why exactly, but this (also the bubble) feels more immersive than the action blocks that EE had. Bubbles and goo blocks feel like they could actually be a part of some environment, and they give interesting movement for the player too.

I genuinely feel like it would be really fun to play worlds with these sort of blocks, good ideas!

i feel like the delay between hitting the block and bouncing off of it is too much
personally it would be best (and easiest) to make it not have delay at all, but if people want it to have delay, i think it should only be 1 or 2 frames
