Darkness
So basically, it's an effect that makes your vision more obscure, with a set radius for how much blocks you can see. Your sight is circular under this effect, and outside of your radius appears to be black. Think Blindness from MC. It's useful for darkness-themed worlds and stuff. You can make the fog like effect transparent, so it isn't necessarily near the same (this could work to make a creepier atmosphere for horror levels, too!)
The icon would be some aureate circle thing, and have a black/dark purple color.
