[EEU] speical switches that can tunr off action blocks
switches/coins/ect that can tunrn off spikes/arrows/boosters/ect can give neat gameplay

maybe there could be a different type of arrow/booster/spikes just for it that gets toggled by the switch, and maybe they could have set ID's for which switches toggle which blocks
