edit area

an area which you can just edit if you are inside of it
if you are inside of an edit area, you just can edit that area, not the other that you aren't in
maybe the edit areas ID, like, if you inside of an edit area of ID 0, you can edit all areas with ID 0, if you inside of a 1 ID, you can edit all edit areas with ID 1, but maybe, cuz that property for the idea isn't a very useful
note: just the world owner, crew members and users with permission can place that area because trollers can abuse of that, and obviously, if you are inside of an edit area, you can't delete edit areas, unless you are permitted, are a crew member or the owner
