Moving blocks / ability to make any foreground block move

EE should add a ability to make any foreground blocks move back and forth. Like, i mean, solid blocks, action blocks, and/or decorative blocks can move back and forth. that would be funny if signs moved back and forth xD
But it would make EE more fun, it will help discover new types of minigames, and other stuff, that includes moving platforms.
(This is TheTriplet's idea.)

I don't think this will get added in ee but it might get added in eeu. Would probably take lots of coding
