I want ask you: When you go to remove the payment system?

He doesn't need to remove the payment system. It doesn't matter if you can't pay for them, it's just extra stuff. You don't need it to play. Chris is never going to remove it, as the site costs money to keep it up. By paying for the smileys, you support the site. Free extra smilies = no support from the site.
