This is actually crazy, I can not believe this xenonetix. You fired 3 staff in one day, just because they didn't agree with you. I think I actually lost all faith in trusting you to carry us to a new place. I heard bytearray might be soon departing soon as well. As he didn't agree with you. You really should look at yourself and see what's wrong and maybe try to fix it. no. You literally just fire them because they think the way you handle something is terrible. You don't even try to change it or address the fact. Good luck in finding someone as good as them.

Hello everybody. I think it's time to discuss about someone who I've had a fairly rocky relationship with for a while now. You may know him as Xenonetix, but from now on you should start calling him Mr. Dictator.

I'll try to summarize the situation as best I can.

About an hour ago a bit of a discord discourse happened where Xenonetix decided to call Gosha out for hurting his pride by saying that his management style is retarded. Xenonetix tried to argue that Gosha had also broken the game by deleting error logs and uploading the same code without fixing anything. Gosha returned by saying that this was Player.io's fault, and he was completely backed by another member of the staff, LukeM, who has been siding with Gosha for most of the discussion. Xeno refused to listen and stayed firm on his belief that Gosha should be fired.

Do I think that Gosha should have insulted Xeno the way he did? Definitely not, but I can at least understand his reasons for doing so. And it turns out he's been right the entire time.

Xeno left the server after having started a typhoon of drama that would ensue long after he left. And as the rest of the community continued discussing what the **** they've just witnessed, Xeno was sitting backstage with the other staff preparing for his next move.

He wasn't satisfied with firing just one person who disagreed with him. Soon after Gosha, Xeno turned his wrath towards LukeM who had seemingly done no wrong. During the entire drama LukeM has been nothing but impartial and reasonable, however since he agreed with Gosha, he was a heretic too. And heretics deserve to burn.

Did you think he would be satisfied with two losses? Nope, he made a third. Phinarose. At one point during the discussion Xeno asked Phina what he should do. Phina didn't give a direct answer, but rather told Xeno that calling out people in a public setting was an immature and childish thing to do. In a fit of anger, Xeno fired her too.

And with that, we reach the climax. Three staff members down in the span of one hour. At the time of writing the only developers left are Byte and Minisaurus. If you two are reading this, run. Run and don't look back.
