In the topic lists of anywhere, when I am trying to look trough the last 3/5 pages I’d like to be able to see as fast as possible my suggestions. Maybe highlight the row a bit?

I'll see if I can write a script for this.

Meanwhile, try using the Search browser feature (Ctrl + F) and search for "by <user>", to search all topics and posts done by <user> in a topic list.
