Why am I so bad at bots?

When I download eeditor, my dad's antivirus goes insane so I restart pc and everythings over.

Later, I actually notice something on my desktop. Oh wow! It's eeditor!

That's the only time I got anything right with bots.

Here are some stories of me failing with bots.

I download some other crap from the website that put the IE search bar on the top of my screen, even if I restart. Had to contact windows support. Later, I tried again, and got scared and canceled at the last moment. It offered me somthing, something, something, and SOMETHING. I kept canceling and it started downloading something random. I restarting before it could finish, and luckily everything's okay.

EEditor seems to be safe, according to VirusTotal but who knows what version does the antivirus have

Maybe he or he's dad don't know how to not use Windows 95 Mcafee.

I would normally say don't bother with antivirus software, but you admitted to clicking a fake download button and installing adware, so maybe you should keep it, or ask your dad to install stuff for you, or someone with a decent amount of computer literacy.

Capasha, did you know mcafee antivirus is caught that they were selling your data or something like that? idk it's privacy breach but yh.
