Can we consider it as spam?

It looks pretty dumb and unnormal. Can that guy stop it? It’s just useless and looks weird.

People have different ways of expressing themselves. I'd hate to see even less stylistic BBCode, because it can add something special to posts. The rules are to prevent bad, harmful posts. If using center tags is considered spam, then we've gone too far.

Really, do these forums need a new topic every time somebody does something wrong? Have you people tried messaging staff members over issues this small?

There are plenty of posts that could be considered annoying. I think some users here consider me annoying, and a lot of the things I post are unnecessary. By this topic's logic this post could be considered spam.

Have you asked Chzandham about this? Or even the forum staff? I'll give you the benefit of a doubt and assume that you have. Even then, you've given us so little reason to agree with you that I doubt anybody is going to be on your side. Let's hear what Chzandham has to say first.
