Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

"You got it!" message Dungeon pack (Solved)

K0ji5co.png

I received the "You got it!" message from the shop, but I haven´t got the item, the message freezes on the shop as I can´t claim the item.

I have not filled the energy bar to obtain the item, neither bought using gems, the only I did was to get the item once with another different account minutes ago.

This bug mean that I can´t fill the energy/gem bar nor unable to obtain the "Dungeon pack" item set.

Clear your cookies. This might be a result of you switching accounts that have Dungeon Pack

What browser / client are you using? There was some bug report a while ago that sounded like it was due to some flash plugin / extension acting weirdly when you're connected in multiple tabs. If that is the cause then sorry but theres nothing we can do, I guess you'd have to use a different browser (personally I'd advise Firefox, it seems to have the best compatibility, although flash isn't built in so you do need to install it as an extension)

As I was playing on Google Chrome incognito mode, cookies weren't saved after I refresh the browser, the problem is solved.
