I found a gem code in game files

So, the story begins about a few weeks ago. I was randomly browsing through images and texts and I found this

That's where I became curious. Is it true? Can I really find a gem code or not?
But then I realized that gem codes are disabled, so I just let that thing out of my mind.

And today... I was browsing through game files again... and I really found a gem code image

I'm pretty sure that this code was used as an example to show how a code looks like, which is kinda sad, because I was hoping that I could get some gems
but that doesn't explain the text
so if the code isn't just a template and it isn't activated yet (which possibly is), I'd like to get the gems

yeah, we totally didn't remove gem codes mechanics from the game like 5 months ago or so
