show the world description, if %worlddescription%, show the world title, if %worldtitle%, in a NPC speak or in a sign, like %username%

worldtitle in sing is %worldname% if im right atleast it exist for signs already

There is already such a thing for the world title and that is %worldname% I believe. As for the description it simply wouldn't work because it can have too many characters and therefore wouldn't fit inside a sign.

Yes, how else are you going to change it? It's not like there are post-it notes that you can stick on signs.
look /world name already exist purley for this reason i think so world desciption shoudld also
