The ethereal realm: what it is and how to use it?(read for answers)

hello everyone, I was on ethereal plane last night and I was thinking and trying to understand what this place was

and what i was doing.

I found out that, it is like day dreaming(I have maladaptive day dreaming)

I finally understand what it is and its name and how to use it!!!??.

ethereal realm is:

a place like the astral realm that you have total control to make anything and do anything.

like a lucid dream and looks like seening into the third eye but looking in the back of you eyes(not really but to me its like that.

its like space you can create planets in the void you see when you close your eyes and you can see static and pictures(not clearly tho(its not third eye, third eye is when you see things in the void while not using ethereal and you have no control on what you see).

ethereal is like imagination or pretending and then you see the picture in a split secound/ 1 secound but when you try to look at it, it disappears because it is not actually in your third eye or in the void.
(its like having a projector for your computer, also theres two ways to explain this)
(1. is that you can only project the image onto the flat surface/void if u focus on it)
(2.the projector screen is like the void filled up with third eye and then the computer is where you can see the ethereal stuff while the projector screen does not have the same stuff on it.)
oh btw since i wrote some of this stuff I had help with my ethereal friends and other people who use it.

now you must be wondering, HOW DO WE DO IT??

try to day dream and make a storie, if you have lucid dreams or just normal dreams it should be easy.

think of somthing you can make up, like make a some shapes or objects you can hold,(oh you can also have your eyes open or shut for this if you want) and then move it around and change it into somthing else.

you can also talk to aliens and people with your inner voice or with your real voice, but you do not hear them like in astreal tavel, they are also like your inner voice, you can't hear them outloud.

you can control almost everything(would be dangerous if combined with astral travel)

call on your friends name or anyones name to start talking. and you can visualize them or not depending on your choice.

oh yeah visualize all the stuff you prob already knew that , but just n case.

extra info: you all can join me if you want, just call out my nickname david, if I don't respond then talk to someone else

it can be aliens on my planet or the ones you find etc.

oh you can also do, tai chi, and ki flow/controlling air/wind for energy for power and to charge up, you can also do super saiyan technique as well if you want to try that way(would not recommend turning into super saiyans unless you got alot of energy)

you may get dizzy start crying or even weird stuff happening if your not careful.

rules for talking to me and being at my planet

do not swear or prank people/aliens and creatures

do not destroy anything or anyone without my permission.

do not steal anything from me or anyone

you are not aloud on my planet if you are evil or have any bad thoughts

do not attack anyone

do not transform/change/make anything new without my permission

Hello Soniiiety, I was at your planet last night as the Astral Mariguano Dragon with tomato eyes and can-o'-bees scales. Very interesting place, the astral realm has unlocked my inner dendrites and I can now float in the air, launch fireballs, and stop time.

I just found out what this was and never knew what it was before.

/r/AstralArmy is where I learnt more about what this was.

I thought it was weird, and they said I have been half projecting ever since I was born.

btw i talked to a few people on discord server the astral army server.

I aslo had alot of fun talking and we had a wild ride! YEEE HAW.

It was pretty crazy what we were talking about.

even tho I can't fully project i can semi-project through my day dreaming and teachniques.

also be careful what you read on there as well.

if you want to know my experience of half projecting then I can post in this thread or make another.

also i think the two reddits should partner up it would be awesome for advances and new things related to this!

alright then, so 1st me and some people in voice chat we talking about my dreams and stuff that weird stuff that started happening in my house and then they wanted to visit my house. so they went half astral and one brang holy water.

so they entered after I gave a sigil.

and they said there was nothing there. but they did set up protection and stuff and splash me with holy water and it felt weird I got really hot and sweaty and felt like telling jokes ad laughing.

never felt anything so funny in my life.

like to experience it again.

so after that were talking about something else about vulfuast a place were a prophet called Q and they went to see him, and said to me to fuse with him/her and I asked them why?

and they said because they want to forful something or see what happens.

and then a person called astral father talked about a prophecy that came true. it was very new to me.

so i went into his or hers realm and talked to them and asked them questions. and then after an shadow being started lashing out at me in rage and being silly and mocking me. its still with me and wont go away.

I merged with Q for a little while. and felt weird I also am getting head dizziness every time I talk to him and he wants me to fuse back with him, I said no because he doesn't belong with me at earth.

and then we started to do experiments with half projection.

and then cashmere and astral father joined my planet and had a look around and there were creatures my ones. what a awesome planet.

they said or cool.

also then after that I took them on a crazy ride through my imagination and weird stuff it had a disco n stuff was really funny, and gross stuff too, I should of not, there was clowns n stuff as well

Astral projection is a real thing but it's just an extrasensory dream.

astral project is a lucid dream or sleep paralysis and you have a lucid dream while being aware techniques etc
