Pro is when you log into Everybodyedits.com while Beta is when you log into Beta.Everybodyedits.com
The differences as of a few days ago easy to notice.
While on both you can chat, only in Beta can you see the chat field
In beta you are also given a addition room that could only be used by people logged into Beta.Everybodyedits.com
As of today you can only go to those beta rooms when logged into the beta version.
