Fullscreen on Firefox does weird things to typing

Every keypress is repeated 3x, except for backspaces which are only repeated twice. Doesn't happen on the standalone flash player but that has an unlimited amount of graphical glitches.

god damn different plays ee once in a blue moon and we get bug report streak coming from him
i guess this is the case when chrome > firefox? (although i dont play ee on chrome haha)

I can't seem to reproduce this... (I also use Firefox)
What version of Firefox are you using / do you have any plugins or anything that might be causing it?

Also happens on my laptop, which is version 61.0.1. One difference though, my laptop only gets keys duplicated 2x, and backspace doesn't get duplicated at all. Don't have any plugins but Adobe Flash, OpenH264, and the Widevine DRM thing I need for Netflix. Lots of extensions, though. None that I think might mess with the game, and there's not a lot of overlap between my laptop and desktop besides stuff like uBlock Origin, Decentraleyes, uMatrix, HTTPS Everywhere, Privacy Badger, and Container Tabs.

I get incredible input lag on fullscreen in Edge. It's a flawless feature.

So just to check I'm doing it right, to reproduce this you are joining a world, going into full screen, and typing in chat?

I'm using Firefox 61.0.2 on Windows with the exact same plugins as you (assuming you mean 'Shockwave Flash'), but no extensions, so I guess maybe try disabling them and see if it fixes it?
