view world descriptions in-world

i forgot world descriptions existed and i think it's weird that u can't see it while in an actual world without leaving and coming back

Maybe one of these places.
Kind of like clicking on the title.
Or just a new slot in the bottom bar.
That's all I could think of.

owner an dcrew are already seeable in game size idk y u wanna knope just open map if allowed description for sure! also allow longer ones
