your bootscreen is literally just an ee logo and some circles from MS Paint in a black bg.

I can create this bootscreen in like 1min and there is already an EE Bootscreen.

That's Windows 10, but without the QR code. Windows 10 have the same, or at least very similar BSOD as the 8th generation of windows.
