Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

If you've ever had to work with lots of morphable blocks/decorations, you'll probably know how annoying it is to have to hold down click and WAIT to get the right morph.
My solution is:
1. A window (could be enabled or disabled in options) to select the morph you want when clicking on it in the menu, similar to how some action blocks have a menu, where you can select the morph you want.
when you have a morph selected, it would place that morph without changing it. You could also use Q and E to cycle through them.
2. Alt (maybe control, there isn't a good reason for 2 'delete block' hotkeys that I know of) should cycle through morphs backwards.
3. Less delay for clicking on morphs than for holding. If I click 5 times, it should change 5 times, not once or twice.
(sorry if these have been suggested before, I looked and didn't see anything like this)

Would also be nice if Block Picker copied the morph ID rather than the default morph.
