you're literally coming up with random **** and demanding he make it even though it makes no sense. do you even know what origami is? do you know how complex that **** is? you sound stupid when you ask "hey can you make [something completely random that has absolutely nothing to do with origami]?" and then you accuse him of lying and he can't do it because he doesn't want to do your requests that make no sense? it's disrespectful to both prune and origami as an art form and shows a total lack of understanding of folding paper. a dvd case? okay... so a square. a hand? how tf you going to make a hand out of paper? and letters? a stickman? i think you don't even understand what origami is because none of these make any sense to request.

yeah, people like to show off things they're good at. that's why smitty has a topic where he draws a frog. that's why people post worlds. why would you **** at someone for showing off something THEY LIKE DOING? no one calls your youtube videos stupid or anything so don't insult prune's actual hard work and years of practice.

either be respectful and polite about someone's craft or get out of the topic instead of accusing them of "faking". that's a cruel thing to do.

As Zoey put it, It's incredibly insulting having someone see your art and be totally disrespectful towards it when you don't want to make a **** DVD CASE or A MEME. People have constantly done this towards any sort of art-form, and any creator can agree that having someone say "Yea you didn't make that" when you won't pander to them is hurtful. I've just kept the topic open and reported the offending posts. I'll continue to post more I make for the next few days.

Sony pls. Telling someone they can't do something they love to do and that they are just showing off is an insult. There literally is no other way to understand it.
Also it's very obvious that you have no idea how origami even works. In the broadest sense, Origami is the art of folding paper. You can't just fold paper into the shape of a stickman or ugandan knuckles, those ideas are stupid and aren't what origami is even about.
Sony I would legit recommend just apologizing for the rude remarks you spewed and stop making this situation worse for yourself.

It does though. Origami is thousands of years old and I like respecting the tradition of it. "I didn't mean it as an insult", you literally said "I don't think he can make this stuff. He's just bragging and showing off".

This piece is by the guy who wrote the first book I read on Origami. This model is called "On the Wings of Love"
