NPC Suggestions

NPCs are great! Their options at the moment are quit limited but I think they can become of great use for every kind of world owner.

/npc
/npc <name> <message> - Creates the text bubble like a normal message would do, but show it to every user (with the custom message)
Great for creating some sort of announce system for bots without flooding the chat :3

Auto announce
This would be a checkbox in the npc menu.
The npc will loop through the messages and announce them every so often (configurable interval?) (text box is shown to all users)

let me fix this just an option so you dont need to press C and you can set time between messages
