Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Who is the true owner of EE?
I have never thought of programming for reputation and honor. What I have in my heart must come out. That is the reason why I code.

We have to get into districts and fight for ownership
Xenonetix is the "true" owner of EE. I still own the domain because it hasn't been transferred yet.

When will if be transfared?

I don't know when it'll be transfared.

What's stopping it from being transferred?
I've asked this question several times to both John and Xenonetix but neither of them gave a solid answer :/
Edit: In general I'd appreciate as many of the questions asked here answered as possible if you know the answers to them. Even something like "I know the answer but I can't tell you" would be better than no reply at all. I'm not expecting any answers though.

Does it matter? I don’t expect NVD to turn salty and take down the site.
One bot to rule them all, one bot to find them. One bot to bring them all... and with this cliché blind them.

hey remember when he was gonna kill ee
good times
I'm not worried about NVD going mental and executing the game. But John told me on several occasions that they were waiting for the transfer before doing anything major with the game. John became owner several months ago and I really don't see why a legal transfer of ownership not only didn't occur during his time as the owner but also continues to be an inhibiting factor up until now. So I'm concerned over whether this transfer is even going to be a thing, if so then when, and even if it doesn't occur then is there actually going to any significant development on the game in the meantime?

Ownership of the domain doesn’t affect game development, does it? EE’s serverside and client are both pulled from PlayerIO and embedded in the site, so it shouldn’t matter.
^^ And as for updates, they’re once a season anyway.

Indeed, it doesn't. It's also not like anyone uses that link to play the game, eh?
There is by no means a hurry to transfer it, but if this gets done you can atleast say that the transfer has been fully completed (unless there is more stuff that has not been aquired yet) which means they can focus on other things.

The reason I'm so concerned about the transfer is because John told me on several occasions that he was waiting for the transfer before doing anything moderately big to the game (eg. not just sales, new smileys, bugfixes and whatnot). I asked Xenonetix whether or not the transfer will affect development in the long-term plan thread and he never replied to my questions despite posting in the thread a while later.
Edit: So I asked Xenonetix in-game and apparently the transfer has already happened. Not sure about the specifics of the question asked in the OP though.
