Update the BBCode help page
For those who don't know about it, it's here.
The current page explains the use of the BBCode tags included by FluxBB, but doesn't explain how to use the additional tags: spoiler, trigger, center and youtube. It weirdly doesn't explain either about the pre-formatted code block tag: pre.
Additionally, the page misses the favicon, and the test image from the "Links and images" section.
Newbies deserve a complete BBCode guide to be able to write well detailed and formatted posts, and an official help page is a lot better than a fan guide.

Below the quick post and normal post boxes, there's all that "BBCode: on [url tag: on" and all that? click those and bam help page.
