Blockworks

A while ago on discord, Emalton posted a link to a cool game called Blockworks, which is alot like Everybody Edits, but with a more cartoon feel.

It's unpopular at the moment, but I feel this game needs some attention.

Instead of a smiley, you play as a little block guy, and the physics just feel alot better.

The creators are:

That might be just a couple months, but we're not really sure--we just need some time to get things going. We believe BlockWorks will ultimately benefit from this pause, as it will allow us to become more prepared by getting the proper groundwork in place.

[9:04 AM] Joshua: I realized we never posted an official announcement here, so I'll go ahead an do it now.

Considering that the BlockWorks team is now working on Everybody Edits, it's likely that BlockWorks won't be continuing any further.

Now we can't completely rule out reviving the game at some point, but at least not for quite some time, and likely in a different form.

tl;dr: there hasn't been any active development since October, so I'm not sure why this is being brought up.

Well it's obviously a remake of EE... Probably the best remake I've seen so far, but still just a remake. It doesn't add anything new to the concept (at least at the point it is in currently), so I don't see any to play it over EE (and it seems it will probably stay that way all of Blockworks' staff are now working on EE)
