JaWapa - Innocent on All Charges

Hello Everybody Edits,

Many of you remember that about a year or so ago, JaWapa was removed as a game administrator for allegedly "selling gems on the black market". Nou stated that, "by generating gem coupons with huge amounts of gems and selling these gems in smaller portions to people directly, he has been stealing money from the game".

However, his so-called "evidence" was a whopping three screenshots, which make practically no mention of JaWapa and easily could have been faked. A lack of witnesses to these "crimes" and a general surpsise by the staff members at that time made it even more suspicious.

Since then, Nou has been proven to be a liar, a joke, and a considerably terrible game owner. Any character he supposedly had has been shot down. Therefore, for the sake of law and justice, and because JaWapa is still taking a considerable amount of verbal abuse due to these verbal allegations, I'm finally taking this stand.

According to justice, a person is innocent until proven guilty; therefore, JaWapa is innocent of all charges. Not a single person has been able to prove any amount of guilt in this subject. Therefore, I say it's time to end the verbal abuse against him, and start treating him like a human being who deserves respect and care.

I'd like to point out it was Jawapa who accused John of being a hypocrite and abusing his power when he was doing something completely within the rules and something that would've been done for anyone else. I've nothing against Jawapa, but he made a false claim that arguably directed verbal abuse toward someone. I'm saying it is stated in the terms of service someone can lose their account if they haven't played for four months, and the original John hadn't played for years. The rules back up EmalJohn's decision 100%.

If it's been done in the past and was fine, it clearly is still fine.

You claimed he was being a hypocrite and abusing his power when he wasn't.

He did something for himself that could be done for anyone else. If he wasn't an admin and changed his name to John, no one would care. Even in this case, his request was still reviewed by a member of staff. He did neither anything exclusive to himself nor anything hypocritical.

I'm sorry, but this entire situation doesn't make sense. What emalton / john did was completely within his boundaries, and he owns the game for gods sake. He could straight up ban all of our accounts, and we couldn't complain. That's all up to him, so why even create the topic to begin with? You even stated you don't care, so I think that's king of bull. If your annoyed about it, by all means discuss it, but don't create a topic like that and then say there was no reason to. It honestly makes no sense, and is quite contradictory.

The point of the topic is in the title.
It was the hypocrisy in it, not the fact he changed his name.
