The removal of banned accounts in the members section

So usually i'll head over to the members page and I'll see tons of banned members, and accounts that are permanently banned. I'm proposing any account that is perma banned should be deleted, or not shown in that page. If you are only temporarily banned you should still be able to show up, as that would make sense. This should also make any banned usernames available for new members, or for members to change into. Also one last thing, an active members page would be pretty neat. (like if they have used their account to post in a month, or something like that)

If you have any suggestions that are also neat, I'll be sure to add them with credit!

Of course you had to give me a one liner, instead of an intelligent response.
I'm saying if an account is permanently banned there is no need for it, and the name should be made available. There are probably more banned accounts than normal ones, thus potential forum names. That account will never be used again, so make it available is the quick version.

you dont need to be a ****. im genuinally asking why it matters because i dont see any point in doing this

I see what you mean, but as I said those accounts are sitting around with no purpose. Also about people re using them, just add a feature to prevent users with a certain IP from creating an account with that username.

IP bans don't always work though, IPs can change, or people could be banned on one device so just use another
