Forum polls.

The real suggestion I'm going to ask is to add polls to the forums, so it'd be easier to see how are people thinking about some ideas you want to suggest maybe?
Basicly the idea of polls will be some horizontal lines that will show the percentage (out of 100(%)) of the people who are voting for some idea.

Example:

Do you think that EE will die?
Yes : ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| (99%) (Press here to vote)
No  : |                                                                                                                                                                     (1%) (Press here to vote)
