Mafia 19 signups [signups open] [6 places left]

Mafia 19 comes here. It will be a classic setup with 13 players. The game will start 15 April at 5:00 PM (CEST) if I've got enough signups.

▼mafia rules:

1. All forum rules apply, however multi-posting rules are more lenient. So long as your posts are relevant to the game it shouldn't be an issue.
2. Do not post in the game thread unless you are alive in the game. All posts made by dead players and people not in the game will be deleted.
3. You may not edit or delete your posts. This function will be disabled in this game.
4. If you stay inactive too long or not contributing to discussion , you will be prodded for inactivity and replaced if you don't respond to the prod within 24 hours.
5. Do not quote, copy paste, or screenshot any message sent by the game moderator for any reason. Paraphrasing is allowed, such as saying what your role is or does, but don't copy paste an entire role pm word for word.
6. Do not gamethrow. Gamethrowing is defined as actively working against your role/faction's win condition, and is dealt with on a case by case basis.
7. As soon as a majority is reached, it counts as the day being over. The moderator may not be there to lock the thread immediately so do not post after majority is reached.
8. You may not talk about the game with living players through any means other than the game thread and Mafia night chat. No exceptions.
9. Remember that this is just a game. If I see any form of harassment that may warrant a replacement or modkill.
10. If any player breaks any of these rules please private message me on the forums and I will deal with it. Do not use the forums report feature to report someone breaking one of the game rules unless they are also breaking a forum rule.
11. The moderator's word is final. If I say not to do something it means don't do it. If you have an issue then it's best to save until the end of the game as to not interfere with the game.
12. My colour is the orange bold colour. Do not impersonate the moderator.
13. Votes must be in bold. I can see that easier.

I'll use the overtime feature. This means when the day is over without majority, the player who have the most votes will be lynched. If there is a tie, I'll start overtime. This means all votes which are not on the tied players will be unvoted. Overtime ends when a vote breaks the tie

Mat, you have already driven your reputation into the ground and demonstrated that you are incapable of running a Mafia game without making elementary mistakes. (Seriously who tf reveals who the mafia are)
You can't just say "ayy this time will be different lmaoo" and expect people to just trust you again.
Seriously just close this topic you've delayed it thrice now, people don't wanna play.

start is planned after mafia 20 is over. would start on easter.

Maybe I can try, though I don't want to just make a stale vanilla mafia game. If I come up with a good idea to spice things up I'll probably try hosting a game.

Yeah I know, that part also concerns me. I like to think I've gotten more mature since then and that mafia would stop making me feel so anxious, also considering how I wouldn't be the one in the hot seat I probably wouldn't even have a reason to be stressed and do something stupid (Like before).
I'm still undecided if I want to do it, since hosting a game is probably way harder than it looks, so if I do go for it I'll have to go through extensive planning.

then just do vanilla? I feel like even I (inexperienced me) could give a few random people their roles, given some generic setup.

That's the problem though, I don't want to make a game that has nothing new or even slightly interesting to it. It just makes me feel like I'm just haphazardly making something just to put something out there.
However, you're right, I shouldn't make it overly complicated for my first-time. Maybe the most I'll do is just change the names of the roles, even though the roles are the same from a mechanical perspective.
