Show multiple worlds per friends

I'm pretty sure there's enough space in the friendlist to show multiple worlds a friend is in.

Welcome back, Creature!

They'd take a lot of space, but it's still a good idea. We can also compact offline friends to save space.

It's good to see you back on these forums Creature. Are you back permanently or just passing by?

I also like this idea. The worlds should be ordered by most recently joined (since they are more likely to be active in those worlds). It's annoying having to refresh when you know your friend is in a different world than the one it's showing.
