I think the staff shouldn't feel the need to be professional, but they should feel the need to be a good role model for how players act. A helpful player who is fun, but not overly sarcastic or rude. Unfortunately, people in the staff sometimes show about as much dignity as the average teenage forum user and I hope they will improve on this.
