well there are 10 staff, and probably around 1000 players (someone had some stats saying something like 600-700 different people log in each day, and not everyone plays every day), so about 1% or so

Edit 2: The numbers have gone up since then (seems their website is still tracking the data, so you can edit the URL to check other days), currently around 2000-3000 people are logging in each day (say 5000 active members), so EE is probably around 0.2% staff (You would have to sample players for a longer period of time (probably a week or so) to get an accurate answer though)
